The Hajj Terminal at the Halat Ammar border crossing is continuing its final phase of operations, under the supervision and guidance of the Governor of Tabuk Region, Prince Fahd bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, amidst a comprehensive system of services for departing pilgrims. A number of departing pilgrims expressed their gratitude for the exceptional services and comprehensive facilities they experienced from the moment they entered the Kingdom until their departure through the Hajj Terminal at Halat Ammar. They emphasized that these efforts reflect the Kingdom's commitment to providing the best possible services to pilgrims performing Hajj, noting the services and facilities provided to them both upon arrival through the Hajj Terminal and upon departure, when they received a gift from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques (a copy of the Holy Quran). Mohammed Ibrahim Abdul Rahman from Jordan said, "The services we received were of the highest professional and humane standard. We felt as if we were among our own family. We thank the Kingdom, its government, and its people for this generosity and care.".
Meanwhile, Issa Abdul Wahab from Palestine confirmed: “The warm welcome, speed of procedures, and smooth organization we experienced at the Hajj City in the Halat Ammar border crossing are heartwarming. We did not feel for a moment that we were leaving, but rather that we were being bid farewell with love and appreciation.”.
Hajjah Munira Al Salem from Palestine pointed out that “the tremendous efforts made by the Kingdom in serving the guests of God are a unique model in crowd management and serving humanity, and we have not seen anything like it anywhere else.”.
As for Nidal Al-Hanou from Palestine, he expressed his deep gratitude and appreciation to the workers in the Hajj City at the Halat Ammar border crossing, saying: “We used to think that hardship was part of the Hajj journey, but what we found in terms of care and services completely changed this concept. May God reward those in charge of this blessed effort with the best reward.”.
