The Kingdom's condemnation and denunciation in the strongest terms of the decision by the Israeli occupation authorities to confiscate the land on which the headquarters of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) is located in occupied Jerusalem, and to turn it into a settlement outpost, and its affirmation of its rejection of the continuation of Israel's blatant violations of international laws and resolutions without deterrence, and its systematic political and military targeting of United Nations agencies and relief organizations, and its continuous endangering of the lives of their workers, and its support for UNRWA in its humanitarian mission to relieve Palestinian refugees, are added to the Kingdom's positions towards the Palestinian cause, and working towards everything that would bring aid to the Palestinian people who are suffering harsh conditions in light of Israeli aggression, and its clear and blatant violation of international norms, laws, and humanitarian principles.
The Kingdom’s positions towards Palestine and its people are seen as the strongest regionally and globally, and are considered a bulwark against the Zionist entity in international forums, through which the Kingdom has succeeded in convincing many countries to stand up to Israel and win them over towards supporting the Palestinian cause. This has been achieved on the ground through the recognition of the State of Palestine and the legitimate rights of its people by 147 countries, and the condemnation of the Zionist entity’s practices in the Gaza Strip, and the systematic killing and destruction it commits.
The Kingdom remains the true support and aid to all Arab countries and peoples suffering as a result of confrontations with Israel. In addition to the diplomatic effort through which it succeeded in achieving the hopes and aspirations of these peoples, it extends its compassionate hand with humanitarian aid to alleviate the suffering of Palestinians and Lebanese through air and sea bridges carrying food, medicine and the most essential needs that are still being operated to this day.
