This weather pattern is also expected to extend to parts of the Riyadh and Eastern Provinces.

Weather stations recorded very low temperatures, reaching as low as -1°C in the governorates of Qurayyat and Tarif, necessitating caution from residents and those traveling on highways.

Climate data also revealed variations in minimum temperatures across the regions. Tabuk recorded 3 degrees Celsius, Arar 4 degrees, while Sakaka and Hail both reached 5 degrees, and As-Soudah and Rafha 6 degrees. In contrast, Al-Baha recorded 9 degrees Celsius, while the weather remained relatively more moderate in Mecca (19 degrees), Medina (15 degrees), and Riyadh (17 degrees Celsius).

Regarding wind patterns, the report indicated the continued impact of active winds stirring up dust and sand, which may reduce horizontal visibility in parts of the aforementioned regions, as well as the coastal areas of Tabuk and Madinah. These weather fluctuations are within the context of typical climatic conditions for this time of year, as the Kingdom usually experiences variations between the end of winter and the beginning of transitional periods, resulting in significant temperature differences between the northern, central, and southern regions.

The event was held on the fourth day of Ramadan, in the presence of prominent figures, including the Secretary-General of the Center, Dr. Abdullah Radwan, and the President of the Center, Dr. Naeem Nasrallah, in addition to the active participation of members of the Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Rome.

The program, in its Italian phase, aims to reach a wide segment of beneficiaries, with estimates indicating that it targets hundreds of fasting people during the holy month, reflecting the Kingdom’s keenness to address the needs of Muslim communities in non-Islamic countries, and to provide a spiritual atmosphere that brings them together at one table.

3000 beneficiaries in Namibia

In Africa, specifically in the Republic of Namibia, the Ministry implemented its Iftar program on the ninth day of Ramadan at the Windhoek Islamic Center. This program is an integral part of the Ramadan initiatives that the Kingdom has consistently carried out beyond its borders.

The program in Namibia aims to serve approximately 3,000 fasting men and women throughout the holy month. Iftar meals were held in a serene and spiritual atmosphere, reflecting the spirit of Islamic brotherhood and unity within the Muslim community of the capital, Windhoek, which had a profound impact on those present.
